What began as a start-up idea has grown within just a few years into a regionally rooted high-tech provider of ergonomic exoskeletons.
Horb am Neckar, November 27, 2025 – With an emotional and impressively staged Grand Opening, hTRIUS GmbH officially inaugurated its new company headquarters at Junghansstraße 16. Around 200 guests – including family, friends, neighbors, partners, and several representatives of the city – joined the celebration. For the technology company founded in 2020, the opening marks an important step into a new phase of growth. Even upon arrival, it became clear that the evening was far more than a traditional building inauguration. Under the motto “Dimension 4”, the company showcased how a simple start-up concept has evolved within a few years into a firmly established regional high-tech provider of ergonomic exoskeletons. hTRIUS expresses its gratitude to all guests for the support and connection that shaped this special evening.
An Evening Full of Highlights
The event began with an atmospheric short film and a light show symbolizing the company’s journey. In his opening speech, CEO Dominik Heinzelmann reflected on the development of the past years and explained why the event was titled “Dimension 4”
“We are moving from roughly 230 square meters to around 1,500,” Heinzelmann said, emphasizing how the new location combines professionalism, growth, and visible value creation. He highlighted that the relocation not only transforms the company’s external appearance but also opens new opportunities for creativity, technical development, and personal growth within the team.
A key message was the importance of teamwork: “Thank you to everyone who works here and contributes every day. It’s always wonderful to stand here – but in the end, this is the result of countless small steps we made possible together.”
Words of Appreciation from the Mayor
Horb’s Mayor Ralph Zimmermann highlighted the significance of the company for the region. hTRIUS, he said, represents technological progress “right here in our community” and develops solutions that provide real support for people in physically demanding occupations.
He emphasized the relevance of the exoskeletons for skilled trades, care, and industry, noting that the products “help people perform their tasks more safely.
”Regarding the new headquarters, he added: “I’m delighted that you have found a new home here on the Hohenberg.”
Looking ahead, Zimmermann concluded with a message of encouragement: “I wish you every possible success – for your sake, for ours, and for all your customers. Keep going!”
Talk Format: A Look Behind the Scenes
A core element of the evening was the interactive talk session featuring CEO Dominik Heinzelmann and Operations Manager Jonas Haag, moderated by Marketing Manager Oliver Flug. In an open and engaging conversation, the management team provided deep insights into the work at hTRIUS – from the overarching vision to real-world implementation across the organization.
They also answered questions about product development, company culture, and shared personal perspectives on the next steps in strategic growth.This format gave guests a rare behind-the-scenes look – directly from the people who built hTRIUS and continue to drive it forward each day.

The new headquarters spans approximately 1,500 square metres and unites all business areas under one roof: assembly, production, development, creative spaces, a showroom, and a modern open-plan office. The design emphasises short distances, efficient workflows, and collaborative spaces.
During the opening, guests received exclusive insights into all areas:

· 3D Printing Area: Real-time production of components
· Assembly & Production: Guided tours through central manufacturing areas
· Development: Insights into materials, components, and ongoing engineering projects
Beyond the technical demonstrations, the evening offered ample space for conversations, networking, and celebration. With fine finger food, drinks, and a diverse program, an open and inspiring atmosphere emerged, bringing together the team, guests, and company partners.
To conclude the event, CEO Dominik Heinzelmann summarised the spirit of the evening: “We are not just opening a building – we are opening a new era. Our goal is to shape work so that it becomes safer, healthier, and more sustainable. This new location is a major milestone on that journey.”
